Neymar Jr\u2019s Five is based on five-a-side football. Five-a-side is a faster version of the standard football the world knows and loves: five players on each team instead of the usual 11, a smaller pitch, smaller goal, and its own set of rules.<\/p>\n
Neymar Jr\u2019s Five, however, takes this already fast-paced game and makes it go that much faster: 10-minute matches, with each goal you score takes away a player on the opposing team. It\u2019s fast, technical, and tactical\u2026 and only the best team gets to play in Brazil.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s final pits the country\u2019s top eight five-a-side teams against each other. The last team standing will represent the Philippines at this year\u2019s Neymar Jr\u2019s Five World Championships in Brazil.<\/p>\n
With names such as former Philippine Azkals right back Anton Del Rosario, Loyola Meralco Sparks forward Graham Caygill, local celebrity Daniel Matsunaga, and former Philippine Azkals captain and left wing Emilio \u201cChieffy\u201d Caligdong, you can be assured that the Philippine Final will be action-packed.<\/p>\n
