This November 26 (Saturday), experience Escolta in a new light by joining the Escolta Block Party happening at the Escolta Street, Manila City.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Escolta Block Party! is an event especially made for the artsy, crafty, indie and local-loving community. More especially, this event aims to commemorate the history and heritage of the area by participating in the various pocket events spread throughout the day.<\/span>
\nHighlights for the day include:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Saturday x Future Market @ESCOLTA – a street bazaar organized by 98B COLLABoratory (11am to 11pm)<\/span>
\n \u2022 Pop Up at The Ruins \u2013 exhibition (11am to 5pm)<\/span>
\n \u2022 The Tale of the Cursed Painting \u2013 mystery tour organized by Manila Who (starts at 11am)<\/span>
\n \u2022 EscolTARA \u2013 visit Juan Luna E-Services Building \/ El Hogar, Calvo Building, Capitol Theater \/ Panpisco Building, Regina Building and the First United Building\u2026 information will be shared by advocates from the Heritage Conservation Society Youth (11am to 5pm)<\/span>
\n \u2022 HUB: Make Lab \u2013 place for shopping, dining and drinking (11am to 11pm)<\/span>
\n \u2022 Escolta Block: Hop | Shop | Learn | Create \u2013 unveiling of the infographics about the heritage street design and concept collaboration of The Public School Manila and 98B, together with the Heritage Conservation Youth (whole day)<\/span>
\n \u2022 Rivers of the World \u2013 travelling art exhibition at the Escolta Ferry Station arranged by MMDA and the British Council Philippines (whole day)<\/span>
\n \u2022 D\/scuss \u2013 talk organized by One\/zero to connect urban thinkers and creatives with students of design and passionate individuals (1pm to 3pm)<\/span>
\n \u2022 Viva Viva Escolta \u2013 screening of Janus Victoria’s short film at the First United Building Community Museum (1pm \/ 3pm \/ 5pm)<\/span>
\n \u2022 Love Parade \u2013 CARLOS CELDRAN\u2019s tour hosted by VivaManila (3pm to 5pm)<\/span>
\n \u2022 DJ Sets \u2013 hosted by Fred’s Revoluci\u00f3n Escolta (4pm onwards)<\/span>
\n \u2022 Post-Bohemia \/ Slaves \u00d8f Liberty Capsule 2016 Release \u2013 video presentation by Joey Art\u00e9, live performances by the Miguel Cortez Hernandez & Primo Chiko and Ana Beatriz Alonso Te (7pm) at the HUB | Make Lab<\/span><\/p>\n
