He will be performing alongside West End and Rak of Aegis star Tanya Manalang.<\/p>\n<p>This concert is produced and directed by Tony-award winner Jhett Tolentino who worked with Bolger in the musical <em>Tuck Everlasting. <\/em>A Very Broadway Christmas will feature a mix of Christmas and Broadway songs. It will focus on Bolger\u2019s life as an actor, and how he is frequently away from home during the holidays.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5574\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2016\/11\/A-VERY-BROADWAY.jpg\" alt=\"a-very-broadway\" width=\"348\" height=\"497\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">In an article published by Theater Fans Manila, Tolentino mentioned that he gave Bolger 3 Filipino Christmas songs to learn, so as to make the concert more unique and special for the audience. These songs were the Filipino classics \u2013 \u201cPasko Na Naman\u201d, \u201cSana Ngayong Pasko\u201d, and \u201cKumukutikutitap.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bolger, who was part of Broadway musicals like Mary Poppins, A Christmas Carol, and Beauty and the Beast, is not the first of the many Broadway stars that the Jhett Tolentino Production Inc. plans to bring to Manila.
