Festivals are a big thing with Filipinos. We celebrate them for different reasons and in different seasons. There\u2019s at least one festival a month that everyone is raring to go to. One festival stands out in August: Legazpi\u2019s 25th<\/sup> Ibalong Festival.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Ibalong Festival has been celebrated for a quarter century, and has always been about the Ibalong epic. From the first time the Ibalong festival was first celebrated, they have always featured lessons and scenes from the epic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now on its 25th<\/sup> year, the Ibalong Festival is as vibrant as ever. An official schedule is not out yet as of this writing, but several side events have been revealed on social media:<\/span><\/p>\n
