Kicking off the day is the Medical Mission<\/strong> from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.<\/strong> In partnership with the University of Santo Tomas Health Service<\/strong>, the Intramuros Administration will provide free general check-ups<\/strong> and basic dental services<\/strong> for festivalgoers and members of the community.
