Taking place at the Enderun Tent in McKinley Hill, BGC, Taguig<\/strong> this October 24, and hosted by the Philippine Sommelier Association, Uncorked Manila 2024\u00a0celebrates Manila\u2019s wine culture with an impressive lineup of 30 merchants and over 250 selections such as natural wines and sake for eveyone\u2014from novices to seasoned wine drinkers\u200b\u2014to enjoy.<\/p>\n

The event runs from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., opening exclusively to trade guests at 4:00 p.m., with general admission starting at 5:00 p.m. Attendees can expect wine tastings, seminars, and wine flights\u2014themed tasting sessions for a deeper understanding of specific wine varieties. For those looking for a premium experience, the VIP ticket includes access to exclusive tastings and a chance to attend masterclasses led by renowned sommeliers\u200b.<\/p>\n

One of the highlights of Uncorked Manila 2024 is the Chef Throwdown<\/strong>, where two chefs will go on an all-out culinary batle by creating the ultimate wine-pairing dish to be judged by food bloggers, local celebrities, and VIP attendees. This is an excellent opportunity for guests to experience the magic of pairing food with wine while witnessing some of the city\u2019s best chefs in action\u200b!<\/p>\n

In addition to tastings and competitions, Uncorked Manila will also have four (4) seminars that cater to all levels of wine knowledge.
