This exciting workout experience, to be led by <strong>Certified Pound Pro and Movement Musicians Marge Camacho and Finina Lava<\/strong>, will combine music and movement for 90 minutes of heart-pumping fun.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are encouraged to come prepared with sunscreen, a water bottle, a cap or hat, and comfortable athletic wear to ensure they get the most out of the session.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions will take place on August 17, 18, and 31,\u00a0 at 8 a.m. &#8211; 9:30 a.m., and best of all, admission is <strong>FREE<\/strong>.
