Instituto Cervantes de Manila presents a selection\u00a0from FIVER<\/strong>, an international festival of audiovisual dance support, exhibition, and production created in Spain in 2012, online showcasing\u00a0the best of Spanish contemporary dance. It will be available to\u00a0all from\u00a0October 26 to 31, 2020!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

On Instituto Cervantes de Manila’s Vimeo channel,\u00a0the selection will\u00a0offer a current vision of audiovisual dance, based on five works that Fiver produced or have been finalists in their international competition.<\/p>\n

The works chosen are: the winner of the FIVER 2019 special award, \u201cI love maids for unreal\u201d by Sofia Castro (Argentina); the finalist, \u201cBabelian Circles\u201d by Ferrand Romeu, and the collaborative works Fiverlabs 2019, \u201cMelee 2.0\u201d coordinated by Esteban Crucci and Jordi Cortes, \u201cWine or Grape?\u201d coordinated by \u00c1lex Pach\u00f3n; and \u201cDancer\u201d by Rubin Stein.<\/p>\n

This program is expanded with a series of videos that were created during confinement called: \u201cConfined Bodies\u201d, with the aim of analyzing and give value to the creative proposals carried out during this period by authors of the stature of El\u00edas Aguirre, Richard Mascherin, Asun Noales, Alex Pach\u00f3n, Jes\u00fas Rubio, Antonio Ruz, Guido Sarli, and Pablo Venero.<\/p>\n

Curated by Samuel Retortillo, director of the FIVER festival, the selection will be open to all\u00a0through the Vimeo channel<\/strong>:\u00a0vimeo.com\/showcase\/fiver<\/a>.<\/p>\n
