With the theme Security and Safety Outlook Amid COVID-19: Challenges and New Norm<\/strong>, this webinar focuses on the current industry outlook during the pandemic\u00a0and what are the actions and realizations\u00a0to improve our\u00a0security and safety sectors, and crisis management moving forward.<\/p>\n

The webinar will be graced by two guest speakers who are both\u00a0experts in the security and safety sectors, namely\u00a0Stephen Cutler, PhD <\/strong>and\u00a0Martin Aguda, Jr.<\/strong>, with ASEAN Director for Defence and Security Nadzeem Abd Rahman as moderator.<\/p>\n

As the Director of Philippine company Guide Meridian, Stephen P. Cutler, PhD served 27 years with\u00a0US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and worked\u00a0on organized crime investigations, complex financial frauds, and major corruption of public official investigations.<\/p>\n

He has also\u00a0taught criminal investigation topics at the National Police College, state universities, and other higher education institutions since joining Guide Meridian. Cutler is slated to talk about this topic “Beyond the COVID Horizon – Moving on?”.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile,\u00a0Martin Aguda, Jr. is an Emergency Response and Resilience Advocate and the author of READY 101, a comprehensive guide\u00a0to urban preparedness and survival that highlights\u00a0the basic concepts and procedures on emergency preparedness, security, and safety.<\/p>\n

He formerly worked as a Senior Consultant at the World Health Organization and Vice President for Safety and Events Risk Management,\u00a0\u00a0Corporate Security and Safety Division of ABS-CBN Corporation. Aguda will be discussing his topic “Culture of Safety and Resilience: A Must For Thriving in the C-10 World”.<\/p>\n
