On its fourth year, beach cleanup volunteers can look forward to two days of activities filled with becoming one with the sea.<\/p>\n
REEF<\/strong>, the organizer of the event, is bringing artists, surfers, and sea experts for the total beach experience while imparting a sense of responsibility to tourists and travelers\u2014particularly the importance of preserving nature.<\/p>\n The first day is comprised of a morning beach clean-up facilitated by WWF Philippines, environmental talks by Ocean Care Movements, open eco-market, sustainability workshops, and surfing clinics.<\/p>\n Also expect a night street party by Dominic Barlaw<\/strong>, Monostereo<\/strong> with the DJs CC Bass Relief\u00a0<\/strong>and Escapone,<\/strong> and local Baler bands.<\/p>\n The talks, workshops, and clinics will continue on the second day as well as the eco-market, where you can buy cute reusable stuff.<\/p>\n https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ReefPhils\/videos\/2252480875041707\/<\/p>\n An Expression Session<\/strong> will also take place as well as a music event\u00a0featuring Acid Faerie Band<\/strong>, The Geeks Philippines<\/strong>, We Are Imaginary<\/strong>, Ciudad<\/strong>, Rusty Machines<\/strong>, She’s Only Sixteen<\/strong>, G2 & The Boondocks<\/strong>, Ang Bandang Shirley<\/strong>, Public Places<\/strong>, and Sweet Life Crew.<\/strong><\/p>\n Take note that FTSM is a plastic-free event<\/strong>.
