Its main purpose is to complete the PRC\u2019s extensive network of volunteers, making sure it reaches 1 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">It doubles as a humanitarian mission to awaken the spirit of volunteerism in the country.
