It aims to create critical awareness for beauty and wellness brands floating just under the radar and improve the over-all quality of beauty and wellness in our country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This year\u2019s event has 2 categories: Live and Display. There are four sub-competitions under the Live category, namely <em>Ladie\u2019s Cut and Color<\/em>, <em>Men\u2019s Cut and Color<\/em>, <em>Bridal Make-up<\/em>, and <em>Red Carpet Make-up<\/em>. The Display category is separated into the Avant Garde Hair Style and Nail Art competitions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This event is presented by the Philippine International Cosmetologists Association (PICA) and PEP Group, Inc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">PICA is the country\u2019s biggest organization of hair and make-up professionals \u201ccommitted to the success of our members through innovative education, legislative advocacy, networking, and building relationships to shape the destiny of our industry\u201d (from PICA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pica.ph\/info\/?tab=page_info\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook page<\/a>).
