The special exhibition will be held from <strong>April 11\u00a0&#8211; 25, 2019<\/strong>, on the <strong>5th floor of Rustan&#8217;s Makati<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Maximo Vicente, Sr., is known as one of the most successful commercial <em>santero<\/em> of all time &#8211; even his works rival those of European artisans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22527\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/03\/Talleres_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/03\/Talleres_01.jpg 800w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/03\/Talleres_01-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2019\/03\/Talleres_01-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Relief work \u2013 Nativity<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Maximo Vicente, Sr. opened his shop, Talleres de Maximo Vicente opened in Quiapo but later moved to Ermita. His son, Maximo Jr, carried on his legacy at the Talleres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Some of his handiworks include The Santo Nino de Praga of San Beda College, the Alfonso de Liguori Church in Magallanes, Virgen Milagrosa, Sta. The Talleres produced images that are perfect in artistry and workmanship.
