Over 170 exhibitors will gather around\u00a0to bring you newer, better and healthier baking, confectionary, foodservice, equipment, and supplies exhibit at Bakery Fair 2019<\/strong> happening this February 15-17, 2019<\/strong> at World Trade Center, Pasay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bakery Fair is the brainchild of the Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association Inc. (FCBAI)<\/strong> and was born back in 1966 with an aim to promote, develop, and contribute to the growth of bakers in the country.<\/p>\n

Today, the Bakery Fair serves as a platform where bakers and the top\u00a0market leaders can gather around to engage in seminars, booths, discuss techniques, and tackle advanced technologies for baking and opportunities under one roof.<\/p>\n

On their 9th international exhibit last 2017, the Bakery Fair set a new record with over 25,000 visitors and sold out booths. They brought the fair to Davao in 2018 where free seminars and the grandest cake decorating competition were administered.<\/p>\n

This year, Bakery Fair is coming back in Manila and are bringing together top speakers, booths, and over 170 exhibitors to showcase fresh new flavors, ideas, healthy options, and innovative baking styles.
