The International Science Center and Science Museum Day is a worldwide celebration that began in 2016. Museums and Science centers across the globe dedicate a day to this celebration. This year, they are once again partnering with UNESCO for the World Science Day for Peace and Development. The\u00a0chosen sub-theme for this year’s celebration is “Science, a Human Right”.<\/p>\n

Last year, The Mind Museum hosted “Science for Peace: A Night of Music & Spoken Word”,\u00a0<\/em>where visitors were able to listen to live music and spoken word poetry. Guests were also granted an\u00a0after-hours-access-pass to The Mind Museum’s exhibits and galleries, and were treated with various activities for both adults and kids.<\/p>\n

Science Museum Day 2017 at The Mind Museum<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

While The Mind Museum has not yet revealed their line-up of activities for this year’s celebration of the International Science Center and Science Museum Day, they have announced that the festivities will\u00a0last all day long.<\/p>\n

The celebration\u00a0will start at\u00a010 a.m.\u00a0<\/strong>and will end at\u00a05 p.m<\/strong>. Festivities will happen at the museum’s\u00a0Canopy Plaza,<\/strong> where there will be Science shows for everyone to enjoy!<\/p>\n
