It is time again for Manila Uncorked 2018<\/strong>, a wine expo by The Philippine Sommelier Association to elevate the country’s local wine culture. The expo will be this October 25, 2018, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Bayanihan Center, Pasig for an entrance fee of Php 1,200 or Php 1,600 for VIP.<\/p>\n

Following the success of last year’s Manila Uncorked, the 2018 edition will feature wines for every wine needs: from everyday indulgences, for special occasions, and for collection pieces. Novices, experienced, and even the seasoned wine consumers are invited to the event to experience activities, wine tasting, and seminars.<\/p>\n

Expect wine tasting featuring over 200 selections of wines including blind tasting and themed tasting. Member sommeliers will also be leading the ‘Manila Uncorked Wine Flights’ that will take the group to a journey of various selections from all over the world. The VIP ticket holders will be able to taste a lineup of ultra-premium wines. The event will end with a ‘Chef Throwdown’ where two chefs battle to showcase their food and wine pairing skills.<\/p>\n
