Another exciting tournament awaits everyone as New World Hotels and Resorts holds their third annual \u201cNew World Hotels & Resorts Cup: Golf For a Cause\u201d<\/strong> at The Manila Southwoods Golf & Country Club<\/strong> in Carmona, Cavite<\/strong>, on September 28, 2018<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

On a press launch l<\/span>ast September 7, 2018<\/strong>,\u00a0Ms. Annette Helbig<\/strong>,\u00a0Chairman of Springboard Foundation,\u00a0Mr. Farid Schoucair<\/strong>, General Manager of New World Makati Hotel and\u00a0Mr. Mark Heywood<\/strong>, General Manager of AG New World Manila Bay were present for the contract signing.<\/p>\n

The Golf Cup is New World Hotels & Resorts\u2019 second sports-centered fundraising program, next to the successful Run and Raise charity fun runs held from 2015 to 2018. Through this annual project, they aim to give back to local and global communities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Springfield Foundation is founded by Ms. Annette Helbig, a German national who made the Philippines her home for over 30 years. It bridges the NGOs, the expatriate society and corporations to help provide funds for organizations that help children in the Philippines.<\/p>\n

Through the\u00a0New World Hotels & Resorts Cup: Golf For a Cause<\/strong>\u00a0tournament, they aim to raise funds for the young scholars of Springboard Foundation through their secondary education, where, 20 of which are already completing senior high school this academic year.<\/p>\n
