It drew mostly from Ballet Manila\u2019s global network and will highlight works such as Annabelle Lopez Ochoa\u2019s <em>Bloom. <\/em>This piece is the Colombian-Belgian choreographer\u2019s first-ever work for an Asian dance company.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most prolific Filipinos in European ballet, Augustus \u201cBam\u201d Damian III\u2019s <em>Sotto Voce <\/em>was also staged.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"850\" height=\"892\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18500\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/09\/bloom.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/09\/bloom.jpg 850w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/09\/bloom-286x300.jpg 286w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2018\/09\/bloom-768x806.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bloom\/IMAGE Ballet Manila<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Going back to its Vaganova roots, Ballet Manila performed a restaged version of <em>Romeo &amp; Juliet <\/em>by Russian legend Sergei Vikulov.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>ICONIC 2.0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Meanwhile, Iconic 2.0 is all about Ballet Manila\u2019s home-grown talent and will perform works such as Gerardo Francisco\u2019s <em>Ibong Adarna, <\/em>Osias Barroso\u2019s <em>Ecole, <\/em>the late Ballet Manila co-founder Eric V.
