In the Philippines, food entrepreneurs continue to discover efficient ways of promoting their products to the market by joining the World Food Expo (WOFEX)<\/strong> Manila, one of the biggest food shows in the country.<\/p>\n

Happening from August 1 to 4, 2018 at the SMX Convention Center and World Trade Center in Pasay City, WOFEX caters the interest of food enthusiasts by allowing exhibitors to share their significant products to a wider array of customers just before the holiday season kicks in.<\/p>\n

As the number of food enthusiasts continues to grow, WOFEX expects around 42,700 attendees this year; hence, setting the event in World Trade Center, Metro Manila.<\/p>\n

Other than trade and showcase, the four day event will highlight various international competitions and avenues of education as well.<\/p>\n

Philippine Culinary Cup\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Philippine Culinary Cup (PCC) is the only culinary competition in the country to be recognized by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). Moderators of the PCC see to it that the featured\u00a0dishes in the competition are recognized around the world.<\/p>\n

Accredited judges from\u00a0WACS give a keen look on the way a specific dish is cooked and served in order to keep up with the finest international standards.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0WOFEX University\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As WOFEX continues to impart culinary education nationwide, industry practitioners who want to enhance their cooking prowess are invited to\u00a0attend series of seminars that will soon be relevant on their food preparation ventures.<\/p>\n

Kitchen Theater\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

With WOFEX’s goal to offer food entrepreneurs a chance to easily connect with their market, product presentations hosted by various kitchen celebrities will be available on the event. Kitchen Theater, one of the most awaited segments of WOFEX Manila, will be free of charge.<\/p>\n
