As part of Dia Del Libro 2018 celebration and The Book Stop\u2019s 2nd anniversary, The Book Stop\u00a0has prepared\u00a0another Blind Date with a Book<\/strong> this year! For those who have missed Blind Date with a Book in Intramuros, now’s the chance to participate! Experience a different kind of\u00a0“Blind Date”\u00a0on April 21 at Ayala Triangle Gardens from 10 am to 9 pm. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With this event, the Book Stop pursues to change people\u2019s perspective on libraries\u00a0by placing them in more accessible places. This shall later on encourage individuals to read and fuel up their passion for literature. Also, this is also a platform for sharing ideas by book redistribution. People who have similar interest in reading, arts, and culture can engage\u00a0with one another easier through this space.<\/p>\n

Mechanics via Blind Date with a Book<\/a>: <\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Have a book\/books you want to share.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Wrap them in any wrapping paper\u00a0for cover.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Write down keywords that\u00a0tell what the book is all about.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Leave it on the designated Blind Date shelf.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Grab a blind book of your interest.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. (Optional) Post a photo of your blind book on Facebook\u00a0<\/span>or Instagram and use the hashtag #BookStopBlindDate<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
