{"id":11797,"date":"2017-10-31T08:39:03","date_gmt":"2017-10-31T00:39:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/?p=11797"},"modified":"2017-11-02T17:08:49","modified_gmt":"2017-11-02T09:08:49","slug":"nature-solo-exhibition-of-antonietta-chan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/2017\/10\/31\/nature-solo-exhibition-of-antonietta-chan\/","title":{"rendered":"Nature: Solo Exhibition of Antonietta Chan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0On October 27 2017, ArtistSpace will present\u00a0<strong>NATURE<\/strong>, the solo exhibition of visual artist, Antonietta Chan.\u00a0<em>Nature<\/em>\u00a0shows how her style has evolved from gentle, childlike paintings to what are now bolder strokes and vibrant colors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">It was brought upon by the realization that indeed, global warming is upon our earth.\u00a0 She believes that each and every one of us has a duty to preserve our environment while also saving the wildlife where some are experiencing near extinction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11798\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/10\/unnamed-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>Nature<\/em>\u00a0represents Anton\u2019s dedicated work for the past year.\u00a0 It reflects her advocacies, which are educating the less fortunate children, and preserving nature. The proceeds will go to The Hansel &amp; Gretel Foundation, Inc.\u00a0 This was founded in 1987 by Ms. Carmen Dapilos to enrich the lives of the indigenous peoples, the\u00a0<em>Aetas<\/em>of Camarines Sur, by way of education, livelihood programs, and promoting their almost vanishing culture.
