Peace like art is even more relevant in today&#8217;s chaotic world. To take a break from the bombardment of stress, this exhibition reminds us to align with that still and quiet space from within. And from that quiet space or void or nothingness, art emerges.<\/p>\n<p>Running from September 27 to October 9, 2017, ArtistSpace will present <strong>THE ART OF PEACE<\/strong>, the 44th solo exhibition of painter\u00a0Stella Rojas in Ayala Museum in Makati City.\u00a0\u00a0Since 1989,\u00a0artist\u00a0Stella Rojas made annual trips to Europe, primarily Paris\u00a0and became the sole painter of \u201cPariscapes\u201d, Provence, the French Alps, Bergamo, Bellagio, the Vineyards of Les Langhe and Le Montferrat, Rome and Sicily.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10881\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/event\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2017\/09\/123.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>IMAGE Ayala Museum<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The works of Stell Rojas have been exhibited in venues such as CCP, Ayala Museum, UNESCO Paris, Galerie Etienne de Causans, Paris, Lopez Museum Shop, Alliance Francaise, Galerie 139, Renaissance Gallery, Gallery 9, Glorietta Art Gallery, GSIS Museum, Luz Gallery, Hiraya, Heritage, Museum of Philippine Art and Fatima University Gallery. Rojas has mounted forty-three one-man shows.<\/p>\n<p>The Art of Peace is a series of paintings showing the unending search for simplicity, timelessness, beauty, nature, harmony, color, light and shade and balance, qualities in art which have been almost forgotten and assigned to art movements of the past.
