  • Clock In by AyalaLand Offices: An AyalaLand office space for start-ups in Makati
  •

Clock In is AyalaLand’s first foray into serviced offices. Located at the penthouse of the Makati Stock Exchange Building in Ayala Center, Clock In puts you at the center – and literally on top – of the dynamic business and commercial center. You’ll be surrounded by other offices, restaurants, and the lush greenery of Ayala Triangle Gardens.

The 400-square-meter serviced office space has its own reception lobby and lounge which will lead at most 107 professionals into a variety of shared work spaces, a meeting room, 15 private offices, a breakout area, and pantry.

Anyone who signs up for a spot at Clock In can avail of any of the following:

    A PRIVATE OFFICE THAT’S good for three…

    1. Private Office. Everything is taken care of: all of your office furniture, internet, VOIP phone, utilities (8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday only), pantry and common area access, cleaning and office maintenance, biometric security access, and five hours free meeting room access monthly.
    2. Coworking Space. Office and desk chair, internet-enabled workspaces, use of utilities, and pantry and common area access.
    3. Virtual Office. For those not looking to be in the office yet still need an address, this is your best bet. Amenities will depend on what package you choose (Business Office, Basic Virtual Office, and Premier Virtual Office).
