<\/p>\nThe 2016 APEC Photo Contest winners were announced last Tuesday, November 15, and a pair of Filipino photographers brought home top honors.<\/p>\n

Victoriano\u2019s \u201cGoing Global\u201d won first prize at the 6th<\/sup> APEC Photo Contest, bringing home a SGD 2,000 prize, or almost P70,000. Second prize went to Trong Huu Hung of Vietnam for \u201cExposure Snapper\u201d, while Dhiky Aditya from Indonesia won third for his photo entitled \u201cDrying Clothes\u201d.<\/p>\n HARVEST TIME.
