A new Japanese fine dining restaurant is in town! On November 19, 2016, Fukudaya held its first branch grand opening ceremony in the Philippines at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.<\/p>\n

\u201cFukudaya\u201d is a Japanese term that means \u201cHouse of Fukuda.\u201d This restaurant is co-owned by Japanese businessman Mr. Fukuda and Filipino entrepreneurs, Michael Singson and Katrina Tecson.<\/p>\n

Fukudaya targets to bring to the country innovative interpretations of ancient and modern Japanese dining experience. It serves a variety of authentic Japanese dishes with most of the ingredients imported from the Land of the Rising Sun.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Have a taste of assorted Japanese sushi and sashimi at Fukudaya<\/em><\/p>\n

Guests can enjoy here a wide array of sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls prepared by Japanese and Filipino chefs. There are also different drinks available including Japanese whiskey, Sapporo draft beer, and Japanese rice wine.<\/p>\n

Fukudaya has a great team of Japanese and Filipino chefs to serve fresh and delicious Japanese dishes.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fukudaya has up to 50 seating capacity, so it is a perfect place for group gatherings or any celebration. It is also designed with a dimmed and minimalist interior that gives a cozy and stylish atmosphere.<\/p>\n

A total of 50 guests composed of Japanese, Filipino, and expats in the country attended Fukudaya\u2019s grand opening ceremony.<\/em><\/p>\n
