The much\u00a0awaited Blogapalooza 2014<\/strong> has finally happened last October 11, Saturday, at the SM Aura Premier. It was the biggest B2B: Business to Blogger Networking and Marketing<\/strong> event. It was attended by over\u00a0500 bloggers, Facebook users,Instagram users, Twitter influencers, brands and\u00a0media companies from TV, radio, newspapers & magazines.<\/p>\n

Blogapalooza was organized by 3 of the biggest blogs in the Philippines,\u00a0WhenInManila.com<\/a> (Vince Golangco), TechFilipino.com (Francis Simisim),\u00a0and\u00a0OurAwesomePlanet.com<\/a> (Anton Diaz).<\/p>\n

We had a chance to have a quick interview with Mr. Vince Golangco of WhenInManila.com. He told us that Blogapalooza started in their website which has 4million visitors every month. They received dozens of emails asking them how to promote their brand and blog online. Upon realizing that there was a market and there were a lot of brands that want to promote digitally, they decided to make an event where they could network and meet the bloggers to market their product.<\/p>\n

In the Blogapalooza 2014 last Saturday, you literally wouldn\u2019t know what to expect because every booth was different, every booth was crazy. Each booth has their own gimmick so that the bloggers will write about it. As a blogger, you need something cool to write about, share it on Instagram or Facebook.<\/p>\n

Most of the brands and businesses were given a chance to showcase their services\/products on stage. There were also speakers like Anton Diaz, Francis Simisim, Divine Lee and Bogart the Explorer who were more than generous to share their experiences in online marketing. The speakers also gave out tips to the bloggers and brands on how to interact and market their product\/services.<\/p>\n
