The prestigious award is endorsed by Her Majesty the Queen to recognize the outstanding contributions and services of minority communities to the British society.<\/p>\n<p>She said in a statement that \u201cin the Filipino community, there are so many who do so much. But they\u2019re very quiet. We need to start reaching out to them and I want to inspire them.
