Image grabbed from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/DOTrPH\/photos\/a.132771066862038.24583.130406490431829\/769851716487300\/?type=1&amp;theater\">Department Of Transportation &#8211; Philippines Facebook page<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Reports from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mb.com.ph\/18-more-major-roads-covered-by-no-window-hours-policy\/\">Manila Bulletin<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/newsinfo.inquirer.net\/826295\/no-window-hours-expanded-extended\">Philippine Daily Inquirer<\/a> say that the 17-member MMC, composed of the mayors of Metro Manila, unanimously approved the extension of the \u201cno window hours\u201d policy from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm and the addition of all radial and circumferential roads after being presented with results from the dry-run of the new policy last week.<\/p>\n<p>Starting November 1, the Number Coding Scheme will be implemented in the following circumferential and radial roads from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, in addition to EDSA, C5, Alabang-Zapote Road, Roxas Boulevard, and the cities of Mandaluyong, Makati, and Las Pi\u00f1as:<\/p>\n<p>Circumferential Roads (C1 \u2013 C6)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recto Avenue (C1)<\/li>\n<li>President Quirino Avenue (C2)<\/li>\n<li>Araneta Avenue (C3)<\/li>\n<li>Carlos P. Garcia Avenue (C5)<\/li>\n<li>Bulacan-Rizal-Cavite-Manila Regional Expressway (C-6)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Radial Roads<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taft Avenue (R1)<\/li>\n<li>South Luzon Expressway (R3)<\/li>\n<li>Shaw Boulevard (R5)<\/li>\n<li>Ortigas Avenue (R5)<\/li>\n<li>Magsaysay Boulevard (R6)<\/li>\n<li>Aurora Boulevard (R6)<\/li>\n<li>Quezon Avenue (R7)<\/li>\n<li>Commonwealth Avenue (R7)<\/li>\n<li>Bonifacio Avenue (R8)<\/li>\n<li>Rizal Avenue (R9)<\/li>\n<li>Del Pan<\/li>\n<li>Marcos Highway<\/li>\n<li>MacArthur Highway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This means motorists will be banned from these roads based on the last digit of their license plate: 1 and 2 on Mondays; 3 and 4 on Tuesdays; 5 and 6 on Wednesdays; 7 and 8 on Thursdays; and 9 and 0 on Fridays. Weekends and holidays are not covered by the Number Coding Scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Monday, October 17, saw the MMDA apprehending 58 motorists on EDSA and another 38 along C5. Violators were fined P300 each.
