Its chef assured the customers that their dishes are made of 10% ingredients from Japan including the soy sauce, Konbu (a type of seaweed), and Katsuboshi (dried skipjack tuna shavings).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Yoshida Seimen also offers a variety of salads, side dishes, and desserts.
