FWD Life Philippines added another distinction to its growing list of achievements and recognitions, after recently bagging the honor as one of Asia\u2019s Best Employer Brands.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 7th<\/sup>\u00a0Edition of the Asia\u2019s Best Employer Brand Awards ceremony, held in Singapore, was hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress, and Stars of the Industry Group, and endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rozanne Parungo, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of FWD Philippines, received the award on behalf of the Company during the awarding ceremony held at The Pan Pacific Singapore on August 4. Parungo also served as a panelist alongside top-ranking executives from various industries across the region, where they shared ideas and best practices on employer branding.<\/span><\/p>\n

The award further recognizes FWD\u2019s position as the fastest-growing life insurance company in the Philippines, as well as the two honors it won recently in this year\u2019s Asian Banking & Finance (ABF) Insurance Asia Awards also held in Singapore in July. Two of the company\u2019s innovative marketing campaigns, \u201cLife Is\u201d and \u201cLive to Move,\u201d were named \u201cDigital Insurance Initiative of the Year\u201d and \u201cMarketing Initiative of the Year\u201d, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n
