Andrew Knowlton, editor of the renowned American food magazine<em> Bon App\u00e9tit,<\/em> praised the restaurant dishes <em>Ukoy<\/em>, \u201ca mix of freshwater shrimp fritter, sweet potato, and cilantro\u201d and <em>Adobong Dilaw<\/em>, which he described as a \u201ctangy stew of chicken, turmeric, and burnt coconut.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowlton also described the restaurant\u2019s food as \u201cpersonal, but it\u2019s so much more than just dishes they ate as kids. Bad Saint is the kind of place I spend all year searching for.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The said restaurant only accepts walk-ins and changes their menu frequently.
