This new rule will start first in the National Capital Region (NCR) and will eventually spread out to other regions in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">However, this 5-year validity for driver\u2019s license is not applicable to student permits and new licenses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Are you in favor of this new rule?
