Put the coconut milk, onion, and garlic in a pan and simmer them over low heat.<br \/>\n2. Once the onions caramelize,\u00a0add the moringa leaves and the seasonings, then simmer again for approximately 10 minutes on low heat.<br \/>\n*<em>If you like shrimp, you can also use Aji-Ginisa Shrimp.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is a variation of <em>ginataan<\/em>, a Filipino dish stewed in coconut milk. You can buy fresh coconut milk in your local market. You can also use canned, carton package, or powdered coconut milk variants as alternative if you can&#8217;t find some near you.<\/p>\n<h3>Italian Spaghetti with Moringa Sauce<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-39364\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/03\/P1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>IMAGE from Philippine Primer<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n440 g\u00a0pasta<br \/>\n3 g Aji-Ginisa<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<\/p>\n<p>[Sauce]<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n2 small onions<br \/>\n300 g carrots<br \/>\n1 piece dried tomato<br \/>\n100 g green beans<br \/>\n1 small tomato<br \/>\n3 cups moringa leaves<br \/>\n4 g Aji-Ginisa<br \/>\n500 cc water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking directions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Chop the onions, carrots, green beans, and tomatoes.<br \/>\n2. Pour olive oil into a pan and saute the ingredients for the sauce. When they brown, add water and simmer.<br \/>\n3. Puree the mixture in a mixer.<br \/>\n4. Cook the pasta, saute it in olive oil, and season with it Aji-Ginisa.<br \/>\n5. Mix the sauce with the pasta and top with chopped tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><br \/>\nMaking sauce from sauteed vegetables takes time, but it&#8217;s worth the effort. Moringa is rich in glutamic acid, making it an excellent ingredient for flavorful recipes. Aji-Ginisa is a seasoning that goes well with pasta.<\/p>\n<h3>Korean Kimchi Jjigae<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-39363 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/03\/P2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>IMAGE from Philippine Primer<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n300 g kimchi<br \/>\n2 small onions, thinly sliced<br \/>\n100 g Chinese cabbage, chopped<br \/>\n80 g zucchini, sliced<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, crushed<br \/>\n300 g tofu, sliced<br \/>\n2 small green onions, chopped<br \/>\n50 g moringa leaves<br \/>\n1 pepper, deseeded<br \/>\n200 g pork shoulder, cut into small\u00a0chunks<br \/>\n600 cc water<br \/>\n7 g Aji-Ginisa<br \/>\n5 g butter<\/p>\n<p>[Pork marinade]<br \/>\n2 teaspoons soy sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoons sake<br \/>\n10 g ginger, crushed<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, crushed<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sugar<br \/>\n1 dash pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking directions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Marinate the pork in the seasonings for about 30 minutes.<br \/>\n2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and saute the \u200b\u200bonions, pork, garlic, kimchi, and Chinese cabbage until it gets browned.<br \/>\n3. After heating the water in a pan,\u00a0add tofu,\u200b\u200b green onions, \u200b\u200bzucchini, moringa leaves, chili pepper, and\u00a0Aji-Ginisa, and then simmer for approximately 10 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Add butter to finish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><br \/>\nZucchini is very popular in Korea. You can buy it cheap anywhere in Manila.
