That&#8217;s why we&#8217;re showing you today how to spice up your lunch or dinner with this simple, but super yummy dish: <strong>Japanese-style stuffed bell peppers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-41089\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/09\/stuffed-peppers.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n200g ground pork<br \/>\n10 pcs green bell peppers, halved and deseeded<br \/>\n50g white onion, finely chopped<br \/>\n50g tofu<br \/>\n3g ginger paste<br \/>\n1 pinch salt and pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp cooking oil<br \/>\n1 tsp Japanese miso<br \/>\n1 tsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp mirin<br \/>\n1 tsp corn starch<br \/>\nJapanese basil (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking directions (Cooking time: 30mins)<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2776 Wrap the tofu in a paper towel to reduce moisture content.<br \/>\n\u2777 Mix the ground pork with the seasonings in a bowl.<br \/>\n\u2778Stuff the ground pork mixture into the green bell peppers.
