This one pot wonder makes for a warm, hearty meal perfect for sharing!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-42330\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/05\/beef-sukiyaki.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>IMAGE from Philippine Primer<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Sukiyaki with Bean Vermicelli<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>500ml (2 cups) water<br \/>\n100ml soy sauce<br \/>\n100ml mirin<br \/>\n30g brown sugar<br \/>\n30g bean vermicelli<br \/>\n300g beef, sukiyaki cut<br \/>\n200g napa cabbage<br \/>\n100g tofu<br \/>\n50g scallions<br \/>\n50g <em>shungiku<\/em> ( chop suey greens)<br \/>\n50g <em>konnyaku<\/em> (yam cake)<br \/>\n20g carrots<br \/>\n50g mushrooms<br \/>\n1 fresh egg, beaten<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Chop all ingredients into bite-size pieces.<\/p>\n<p>2. In a pan, dissolve the soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar into the water and simmer.<\/p>\n<p>3. Put the soup and the rest of the ingredients into a pan and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>4. Lower the heat and simmer until everything is cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>5.
