Having served as a cornerstone of retail and culture for over three decades, this landmark is slated for an ambitious redevelopment project, <strong>scheduled for completion in 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In a Facebook post, Ayala Malls also recently announced a <strong>parking advisory<\/strong> about the temporary closure of parking spaces in Greenbelt 1 to make way for this transformation. Starting April 1, visitors of Ayala Malls in Makati may park at Greenbelt 2, 3, 4, and 5 with the addition of Dela Rosa Carpark.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ayala Malls Market! Market!, TriNoma, and Ayala Center<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, as <strong>Market! Market!<\/strong> is set to end its leasing contract in 2027, the premier mall in Taguig will also be redeveloped to make it more accessible for the commuting public. This redevelopment, complemented by the construction of the <strong>Metro Manila Subway Station<\/strong>, which will be passing through BGC, between Market!
