Failure to do so will result in deactivation of tge SIM number and registration plus penalties including imprisonment and fines. To register, users must fill up a electronic registration form which requires their full name, date of birth, sex, and address.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the form may be found on a platform or website of respective PTEs, where users must declare that the documents presented are true and correct and that they are the same person who accomplished the form.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the SIM Card Registration links for <a href=\"https:\/\/new.globe.com.ph\/simreg\">Globe<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/smart.com.ph\/simreg\">Smart<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/dito.ph\/sim-registration\">DITO<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-what-are-the-requirements-to-register-your-sim-card-in-the-philippines\">What are the Requirements to Register Your SIM Card?<\/h3>\n<p>To verify the identity of the user, they are required to present valid IDs or documents with their photograph.<\/p>\n<p>The following IDs can be presented when they register:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport,<\/li>\n<li>SSS ID,<\/li>\n<li>GSIS e-Card,<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s License,<\/li>\n<li>NBI Clearance,<\/li>\n<li>Police Clearance,<\/li>\n<li>Firearms\u2019 License to Own and Possess ID,<\/li>\n<li>PRC ID,<\/li>\n<li>IBP ID,<\/li>\n<li>OWWA ID,<\/li>\n<li>TIN ID,<\/li>\n<li>Voter\u2019s ID,<\/li>\n<li>Senior Citizen Card,<\/li>\n<li>UMID,<\/li>\n<li>PWD ID,<\/li>\n<li>Other government-issued ID with photo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"h-sim-card-registration-for-minors\">SIM Card Registration for Minors<\/h3>\n<p>A SIM may be registered for minors, but it shall be under the name of their parents\/guardians who gave their consent and are also registered users. They must also present any of the abovementioned IDs upon registration.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-sim-card-registration-for-foreign-nationals-and-tourists\">SIM Card Registration for Foreign Nationals and Tourists<\/h3>\n<p>For foreign nationals visiting as tourists for less than 30 days, they must register their name, nationality, passport number, and address in the Philippines. They are also required to present the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport,<\/li>\n<li>Proof of address in the Philippines,<\/li>\n<li>Other pertinent documents, whichever is applicable:<br \/>\n&#8211; DOLE-issued Alien Employment Permit,<br \/>\n&#8211; BI-issued Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACRI Card) or other types of official ID issued by any other visa-issuing agency;<br \/>\n&#8211; School registration and ID for students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"h-sim-card-registration-for-corporations\">SIM Card Registration for Corporations<\/h3>\n<p>In case of corporations, representatives may also register a SIM for their operations.
