According to an Inquirer report, this was through Microsoft\u2019s Affordable Access Initiative, which \u201cinvests solution that can reduce the cost of Internet access and help more people get connected to World Wide Web.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">According to Philip Zulueta, president and founder of WIN in an email interview through FilAM Star, the US$150,000 seed funding will allow the startup to pilot TVWS technology (wireless data delivery system) and to service small and medium-scale enterprises for one year. This WIN plan will start next July in areas outside Metro Manila such as in Laguna, Bulacan and even in Davao.
