According to the team, they need to close the entire southbound for two to three months to replace the damaged Libertad Drainage Main Box Culvert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63933\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2022\/01\/2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"854\" height=\"569\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2022\/01\/2.jpeg 854w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2022\/01\/2-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2022\/01\/2-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px\" \/><em style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Roxas Blvd\/IMAGE from MMDA\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe DPWH said they have to rehabilitate the drainage structure and close the entire southbound but give us three days to make a careful study of the impact of the possible road closure and make recommendations on how to divert the vehicles,\u201d he added<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Abalos talked with other officials from the <a href=\"https:\/\/dotr.gov.ph\/\">Department of Transportation<\/a> (DOTr), DPWH, Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), and International Container Terminal Services, Inc.
