{"id":62958,"date":"2021-10-15T16:00:44","date_gmt":"2021-10-15T08:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/?p=62958"},"modified":"2021-10-15T18:13:26","modified_gmt":"2021-10-15T10:13:26","slug":"movie-night-iaft-allows-cinemas-theme-parks-to-open-under-alert-level-3-from-oct-16-31","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/2021\/10\/15\/movie-night-iaft-allows-cinemas-theme-parks-to-open-under-alert-level-3-from-oct-16-31\/","title":{"rendered":"MOVIE NIGHT: IAFT Allows Cinemas, Theme Parks To Open Under Alert Level 3 from Oct 16-31"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Infectious Diseases (IATF) has allowed cinemas and movie houses to operate under Alert Level 3 from Oct 16-31.<\/p>\n<p>This week, the IATF announced the alert level status in Metro Manila to be downgraded to Alert Level 3 starting tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Alert Level 3 refers to areas wherein case counts are high and\/or increasing, with total bed utilization rate and intensive care unit utilization rate at increasing utilization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-62964\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/10\/felix-mooneeram-evlkOfkQ5rE-unsplash-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/10\/felix-mooneeram-evlkOfkQ5rE-unsplash-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/10\/felix-mooneeram-evlkOfkQ5rE-unsplash-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/10\/felix-mooneeram-evlkOfkQ5rE-unsplash-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/10\/felix-mooneeram-evlkOfkQ5rE-unsplash-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/10\/felix-mooneeram-evlkOfkQ5rE-unsplash-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2021\/10\/felix-mooneeram-evlkOfkQ5rE-unsplash-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>IMAGE from Unsplash<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the IATF guidelines, the following establishments, or activities, shall be allowed to operate or be undertaken at a maximum of 30% indoor venue capacity for fully vaccinated individuals only and 50% outdoor venue capacity.<\/p>\n<p>Given that all workers\/employees of these establishments are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and MPHS shall be strictly maintained and no objection from the LGU where these activities may take place.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Venues for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Permitted venues for social events such as parties, wedding receptions, engagement parties, wedding anniversaries, debut and birthday parties, family reunions, and bridal or baby showers.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Visitor or tourist attractions such as<b> libraries, archives, museums, galleries, exhibits, parks, plazas, public gardens, scenic viewpoints<\/b> or overlooks, and the like.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Amusement parks or theme parks<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Recreational venues such as<b><b> internet cafes, billiard halls, amusement arcades, bowling alleys, skating rinks, archery halls, swimming pools, and similar venues.\u00a0<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b><b>Cinemas and movie houses<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Limited face-to-face or in-person classes for higher education and for technical-vocational education and training.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">In-person <b>religious gatherings; gatherings for necrological services, wakes, inurnment, and funerals for those who died of causes other than COVID-19<\/b> and for the cremains of the COVID-19 deceased.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Licensure or entrance\/qualifying examinations administered by their respective government agency, and specialty examinations authorized by the IATF subject to the health and safety guidelines as approved by the IATF.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Dine-in services in food preparation establishments such as kiosks, commissaries, restaurants, and eateries, subject to DTI sector-specific protocols.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Personal care establishments such as <b>barbershops, hair spas, hair salons, and nail spas<\/b>, and those offering aesthetic\/cosmetic services or procedures, make-up services, salons, spas, reflexology, and other similar procedures including home service options, subject to the sector-specific protocols of the DTI.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Fitness studios, gyms, and venues for non-contact exercise and sports, subject to DTI sector-specific protocols.
