Aside from potentially developing sleep disorders and anxiety, having unhealthy\u00a0habits may also lead to other complications\u00a0later in life.\u00a0More\u00a0often than not, people do not pay attention closely\u00a0to\u00a0their sleeping patterns and its effects to our bodies. Hence, a healthy lifestyle and good sleep go hand in hand with having a strong body.<\/p>\n<p>We sleep\u00a0seven to\u00a0eight hours a day on average.
