Priced at Php 6,888++ per person, the special Valentine\u2019s Kaiseki Menu consists of specially crafted dishes such as steamed sea bream with tofu, shiitake mushroom, and leek with ponzu sauce; clear soup steamed in a teapot, grilled Japanese Wagyu beef with lemon sauce, and a course of Koshihikari rice steamed with oysters \u2013 accompanied by miso soup and pickles. Finish the night with a traditional winter dessert, shiratama rice-flour dumplings with sweet red bean paste. With an aperitif, the menu is at Php 7,888++ per person.<\/p>\n
