Antique, Aklan, Capiz, Iloilo, Cebu, Cebu City, Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, and Davao City will also be reevaluated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Other provinces not included in the list are considered <strong>moderate to low-risk areas<\/strong>. However, young people, senior citizens, and those with high health risk would have to stay at home.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Local government units (LGUs) would enforce curfew at night for non-workers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Public transport modes would be allowed to operate at reduced capacity.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Restricted mall opening covering non-leisure shops would be allowed given that there will be mandatory temperature check, wearing of masks, and alcohol use. Only a limited number of people, particularly those between 21 to 59 years old, would be allowed to go inside.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Priority and essential construction projects would be allowed to resume, subject to minimum health standards, physical distancing, and provision of barracks or accommodation for workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The GCQ might be lifted leading to normalization by <strong>May 16<\/strong> if threats no longer appear.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This is the national government&#8217;s second extension of the enhanced community quarantine.
