of COVID-19 have continued to rise\u00a0in number, which led to the continuous reminder of the government to stay at home as an effort to control the further spread of the virus.<\/p>\n<p ECQ<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To help the public identify those who are allowed to go outside during the ECQ,\u00a0the <strong>Inter-Agency Task Force\u2013Joint Task Force Corona Virus Shield (IATF-JTF CVC)<\/strong> has released a full and simplified list of <strong>Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR)<\/strong> through the Philippine National Police essentials, transport of essential goods, and utilities <\/strong>are labeled as<strong> APOR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Basic Services<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Medical services<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Security services<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Funeral services<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Emergency responders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Daily Essentials<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Banks<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Money transfer services<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Supermarkets\/groceries\/sari-sari stores<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Public markets<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Pharmacies\/drugstores<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Food chains\/restaurants engaged in delivery and takeout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Essential Goods<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Cargo services<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Logistics\/warehouse<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Delivery services<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Supply and manufacturing establishments engaged in the production and distribution of basic necessities (food, hygiene products, medicines and vitamins, medical products, and pet food)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Utilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Telecommunications<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Water companies<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Sanitation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Energy companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Also included in the list are those who are part of the skeletal force of the Executive Branch of the government and media personalities (with IATF issued ID cards) among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Moreover, private individuals (one per household) who will be availing the services of the aforementioned establishments in their respective localities are allowed to go out provided that they have their quarantine passes with them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
