With that, &#8220;Stay at home&#8221; has been the golden rule in a belief that it would be the very foundation of safety.\u00a0Though it seems to be an effective measure from the national government, some people would still go out for a reason that could be either an invalid or a valid one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">If you&#8217;re one of those who go out with an invalid reason, you might as well want to think twice because this time, the <strong>Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA)<\/strong> will have to make you pay for violating the ECQ guidelines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-53405\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2020\/02\/Runway-Toll-Plaza-A-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2020\/02\/Runway-Toll-Plaza-A-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2020\/02\/Runway-Toll-Plaza-A-1024x768-290x218.jpg 290w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2020\/02\/Runway-Toll-Plaza-A-1024x768-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2020\/02\/Runway-Toll-Plaza-A-1024x768-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to MMDA spokesperson <strong>Celine Pialgo<\/strong>, all motorists who fail to follow the ECQ guidelines set by the authorities will face respective fines.
