You should be, because the Philippines was listed 82<sup>nd<\/sup> in the world\u2019s happiest nations, according to a recent global survey released March 16 (Wednesday).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The report, released by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) and the Earth Institute at Columbia University, used factors such as per capita gross domestic product and healthy years of life expectancy to quantify happiness levels.
