Soon, there were reports of\u00a0customers\u00a0canceling their orders and\u00a0drivers having to sell or consume the food themselves.<\/p>\n As a response, ghost kitchens such as GrabKitchen will be is seen to\u00a0launch and be the next big thing\u00a0for 2020. The concept is for multiple food merchants to share a space where they can cook and receive online orders thus catering solely to the online customers.<\/p>\n Ghost kitchens are expected to maximize efficiency as well as\u00a0allow online customers to order from more than one restaurant at a time!<\/p>\n Food delivery\u00a0drivers no longer need to line up\u00a0with dine-in customers.
