{"id":51730,"date":"2019-12-30T10:00:54","date_gmt":"2019-12-30T02:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/?p=51730"},"modified":"2022-06-06T09:29:30","modified_gmt":"2022-06-06T01:29:30","slug":"dot-city-government-in-talks-to-develop-quezon-memorial-circle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/2019\/12\/30\/dot-city-government-in-talks-to-develop-quezon-memorial-circle\/","title":{"rendered":"DOT, City Government in Talks to Develop Quezon Memorial Circle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The <strong>Department of Tourism (DOT),\u00a0<\/strong>together with the local government of Quezon City, is in the works to sustainably develop and enhance the <strong>Quezon Memorial Circle (QMC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to a report from DOT, Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat met with Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte to discuss ongoing plans for the said project, which is a part of the city\u2019s tourism circuit to attract more local and foreign tourists.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cIt is vital that DOT supports the vision of Quezon City to preserve its heritage park. Quezon.
