Anyone planning a trip to Australia soon? Pack your bags this summer as the <\/span>Philippine Airlines (PAL)<\/b> is set to fly their first ever <\/span>Perth-Manil<\/b>a<\/strong> and<\/span> Manila-Perth<\/b> flights next year!<\/span><\/p>\n

Fly to the capital and largest state of <\/span>Western Australia<\/b> (WA) <\/span>non-stop on-board PAL\u2019s new Airbus<\/span> A321neo<\/b>, which will operate four times a week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday starting <\/span>March 30, 2020<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aircraft can carry up to <\/span>168 passengers<\/b>–12 in business class and 156 in economy.<\/span> Flights are scheduled to <\/span>depart from Manila at 12:05 a.m. and <\/span>arrive at Perth Airport at 7:20 a.m. local time.<\/span><\/p>\n

This will be the first non-stop air link between the Philippines and Western Australia after its first attempt in 2013, helping travelers save at least four and a half hours of travel time to WA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOur pioneer non-stop flights will allow us to vigorously promote the Philippines as a top-notch tourist experience for residents of Western Australia, and we look forward to extending our gracious Filipino hospitality to them from the moment they step on-board our brand-new planes,\u201d said Eugene Go, PAL Chief Sales and Marketing officer, in a statement.<\/p>\n

Passengers, at present, have to pass through Singapore, Hong Kong, or other Australian cities when flying between Manila and Perth.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the addition of the Western Australian-route, PAL would now be offering a total of <\/span>19 weekly non-stop flights<\/b> from Manila to a total of four destinations in Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
