From the life-size gingerbread train carrying festive goodies and hampers, a captivating ballet performance to the 20 ft-high stunning Christmas tree\u2014Marriott Hotel Manila <\/strong>in Resorts World Manila\u00a0<\/strong>kicked off the festive season with a spectacle last November 7.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ballet Philippines<\/strong> performed an enchanting piece of the Nutcracker to warm up the Christmas tree lighting ceremony, which was hosted by KC Montero.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cluster General Manager for Marriott Manila, Sheraton Hotel Manila, and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo, Bruce Winton led the\u00a0tree lighting ceremony and lit up the decorations together with\u00a0the kids from\u00a0Save the Children<\/strong>\u00a0Philippines<\/strong> and their Ambassador\u00a0Katarina Rodriguez.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Christmas carols echoed through the halls and there came Santa, walking down the staircase, greeting the children and all the guests a Merry Christmas.<\/span><\/p>\n

The festivities did not end there\u00a0as guests were invited to the Manila Ballroom, which was transformed into a Pinoy Carnival\u00a0<\/span>complete with gaming booths\u00a0such as the popular Coin Toss, Pop the Balloon, Color Game, Ring Toss, and Shoot the Can.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apart from the tree lighting ceremony, Manila Marriott also celebrated its Global Customer Appreciation Week along with valued partners, media, and clients. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cluster General Manager Bruce Winton proudly shared the charitable efforts of Marriott Worldwide Business Councils-Philippines along with their partnership with Save the Children Philippines, from Run to Give and the 1<\/span>st<\/span> Annual Golf Tournament.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, guests got to enjoy the 12-inch Christmas Giant Pan of chicken sisig, roasted maple-glazed bone-in leg of pork served with potato wedges, and other side dishes.<\/span><\/p>\n
